Consignments by Sally Makes Consigning Simple
Interested parties, or Consignors, can simply call and set up an appointment to have your furniture or accessories inspected or, in some cases, a photograph is acceptable. Once approved, all items are brought into the store to be consigned. We can arrange for pick-up if needed! The Consignor and Consignments by Sally will enter into a 90-day contract. The breakdown is as follows:
- First 30 days: item is available for contract price
- After 30 days, items not sold will be marked down 25%
- After 60 days, items will be marked down an additional 25%
- After 90 days, the Consignor may pick the item up or have it donated to charity. Tax receipt will be mailed.
When an item is sold, the Consignor will receive 60% of the actual selling price (less any pick up / delivery charges, if applicable) Consignments by Sally will issue payment on the 15th day following the month the item was sold.
